All products sold in our web-shop have a two-year guarantee from the date of purchase under the following conditions.
Our international warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects. We guarantee that the products you ordered are free from manufacturing defects for two years from the date the product was delivered. This warranty does not apply to failures occurring during or after the altercation of the functionality and appearance. It also does not apply when external damage to the product. For service, contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to support@credink.com. Please note that the manufacturer has up to three attempts to repair the product before we are required to replace it.


Note that your warranty is not valid in the following cases,
– Damages, and/or malfunctioning of the watch after the terms of warranty
– Damage and/or failure caused by improper use or carelessness
– Damage and/or failure caused by modifications or unjustifiable repair
– Damages and/or malfunction, caused by unauthorised persons or its representatives
– Damages to crystal, crown, strap or buckle caused by daily use
– Battery failure, please contact closest service center for a replacement
– Postage, insurance and other non-repair expenses are excluded from warranty


Please save your confirmation e-mail or delivery receipt to serve as proof of purchase. If the product has to be replaced but no replacement is available the customer may choose a product of the same value as their replacement, wait for the same model to get back in stock or get a voucher of the same amount (valid for three years) but no cash refund will be made after 30 days of purchase.
