If an order somehow is placed with an incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we consider the order to be placed in bad faith. Orders paid with Swish that need to be canceled need to inform us their bank information to get a refund. All prices on this website include 25% VAT for orders delivered within EU, VAT is not included outside of EU. The organisation number/company registration number is 556992-3401 for Gillbo Group AB, the company behind this website and brand. We also reserve the right not to carry out an order, for example if the item is out of stock or due to technical problems. We reserve the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected. All goods remains the property of NorthTwentytwo until a full payment reaches us.


CREDink holds a Swedish F-TAX form via Gillbo Group AB and our organisation number is 556992-3401. All our prices are including 25% VAT within EU, our VAT number is SE556992-3401. VAT is not included for orders outside of EU. Note that outside of EU you, as a customer, might have to pay custom cost. This cost is up to you as a customer to pay and CREDink is not billable for this extra cost. If VAT is altered, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly. Rates may vary from day to day, the price quoted on the website may vary with what is billed. We recommend that you choose your currency if available, we offer the most common currencies based on where our visitors and customer are located. Note that prices may vary a bit depending on what currency you choose.


Should you receive a defect/broken or wrongly supplied product, contact customer service, support@credink.com, for the fastest possible service. This has to be done within a reasonable time frame. If you as the customer have been prevented to examine the goods on delivery please do so as soon as possible. We will take care of your complaint and get back with return instructions. When selling to consumers (private person(s)) valid under the consumer sales to CREDink, upon purchase, by consumers to remedy the defect or deliver substitute goods if it can be done without unreasonable cost or inconvenience to CREDink. Our website www.credink.org and its sub-domains always have the right, at its own expense, to rectify the error, eg by repair, or replace one with a flawless be of similar quality and appearance.


Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order information. If you do not receive a confirmation email you can contact our customer service.


CREDink reserves the right to change the range and have the right to remove items from the range before a purchase has gone through. We reserve the right for any final sale of goods in the range. CREDink is exempt from penalty for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is due to release factor as described below and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays the performance. The force majeure includes administrative decisions that affect the market negatively and products, such as restrictions indication, warnings, bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.
